2. Services Offered

Urgent Drain Care provides drain unblocking, CCTV drain surveys, drain repair, maintenance, and emergency callout services across Dublin, Wicklow, and Wexford. Service availability may vary by location.

3. Bookings & Payment

• Standard appointments must be booked in advance.
• Emergency callouts are prioritised but subject to availability.
• Payment is due immediately upon job completion unless agreed otherwise in writing.
• We accept payment by card, bank transfer, or cash.

4. Callout & Cancellation Policy

• A standard callout fee may apply and will be confirmed at the time of booking.
• If access is unavailable or the job cannot proceed due to client fault, the callout fee may still apply.
• Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled time to avoid charges.

5. Service Guarantee

We aim to provide high-quality, professional service. If you are unsatisfied, please contact us within 7 days of the service so we can review and address the issue.

6. Limitations of Liability

• Services are provided “as is” based on the condition of the property at the time of the visit.
• We are not liable for pre-existing issues, hidden defects, or damages caused by unreported blockages.
• Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss unless caused by proven negligence.

7. Customer Responsibilities

By booking our service, you confirm:

• You have permission to allow access to the property.
• You will disclose any known drain issues, repairs, or risks.
• A responsible adult will be on-site during the visit (unless otherwise agreed).

8. Privacy & Data Collection

We collect details such as name, phone, email, and address to schedule and deliver services. Your data is handled in line with GDPR. See our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

9. Third-Party Services

We may link to third-party sites (e.g., suppliers or tools). We are not responsible for their content, terms, or data practices.

10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control such as extreme weather, safety risks, or power outages.
